Return or Exchange Instructions

• Complete the Return/Exchange Form provided with your package and indicate Refund or Exchange.
• Pack item in the original packing material and place it in a box or padded envelope. Include all parts of the item or set for replacement or refund.
• Ship the package insured and trackable via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns take approximately 5 business days to process once they are received. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges will be refunded only if the return is the result of an error on the part of Citylightsboutique.com.
