Return or Exchange Instructions
- Complete the Return/Exchange Form provided with your package and indicate Refund or Exchange.
- Pack item in the original packing material and place it in a box or padded envelope. Include all parts of the item or set for replacement or refund.
- Ship the package insured and trackable via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
